Unissula Students Showcase Creative Products at Central Java's Premier Entrepreneurship Fair

Students from Sultan Agung Islamic University (Unissula) participated in the Central Java Premier Entrepreneurship Expo. The event took place at the Muladi Dome, Diponegoro University, on Wednesday (October 7, 2026). This expo served as a platform for students from various universities to showcase and develop their entrepreneurial products.

The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Helvi Yuni Moraza, SE, MM. The Deputy Minister's presence offered support to the students as they developed their ventures. Participants also had the opportunity to introduce their products to the general public and business professionals.

Unissula sent several student teams to the event. Five teams from the Unissula Young Entrepreneur Movement Student Activity Unit (UKM Garuda) brought their creative products. These five products were Triphoria, S-Soap Moringa, Ubilicius Cookies, Ainea Scarf, and Soybite.

These five teams operated under the mentorship of Bagus Satrio Waluyo Poetro, S.Kom., MCS. The students received guidance in developing their business ideas and products, with the mentorship also aimed at enhancing their skills in business management and growth.

In addition to the five UKM Garuda teams, Unissula sent the Mori Pearl team. This team was mentored by Bagus Satrio Waluyo Poetro, S.Kom., MCS, and Nursyahrani Majdina, S.Kom., MK. Mori Pearl was among the teams that achieved success within the student entrepreneurship program.

Mori Pearl successfully qualified for the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW). The team will subsequently participate in the KMI Expo at Jenderal Soedirman University (Unsoed) in Purwokerto. This participation offers Unissula students an opportunity to expand their networks and showcase their products at the national level.

The participation of Unissula students in the Central Java Premier Entrepreneurship Expo demonstrates the university's commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among its students. Students are encouraged to go beyond merely achieving academic competence; they are also provided with opportunities to foster creativity, innovation, and business-building skills.

The marketplace serves as a venue for students to gain hands-on experience in showcasing their products, allowing them to interact directly with visitors and potential customers. This experience is expected to enhance their skills in product development and marketing strategy.

Participation in the event also motivates Unissula students to continue innovating. Support from various stakeholders is expected to strengthen the student entrepreneurship ecosystem, thereby enabling more students to develop creative and sustainable businesses.
