UNISSULA MISSION
To provide Islamic higher education as part of Islamic preaching (dakwah Islamiyah), oriented toward quality and universal equality through:
- Reconstructing, developing, and applying science and technology based on Islamic values through multidisciplinary research and innovation founded on STEAM, with excellence, impact, and international competitiveness for the benefit of society and the development of Islamic civilization.
- Educating and developing Islamic human resources at all levels through excellent, inclusive, flexible, adaptive, accelerated, student-centered learning while utilizing STEAM, digital technology, and artificial intelligence to build a Khaira Ummah generation and cultivate scholars with tafaqquh fiddin who possess noble character, intellectual excellence, professionalism, and readiness to provide leadership and conduct Islamic preaching.
- Providing community service and Islamic preaching based on science, technology, research outcomes, STEAM, digital technology, and artificial intelligence to develop solutions to real-world problems, improve community welfare, and contribute to the development of Islamic civilization within the framework of rahmatan lil 'alamin.
- Developing the internationalization of the three pillars of higher education, Islamic Academic Culture, and university governance that is accountable, professional, inclusive, adaptive, and data-driven, utilizing digital technology and artificial intelligence through global partnerships, self-evaluation, quality assurance, risk management, and continuous institutional improvement.
