The program offered participants an invaluable opportunity to explore rich cultural diversity, exchange global perspectives, and foster meaningful communication and strategic collaboration with peers worldwide.
According to official data from the organizing committee, the event engaged 118 participants (with registered attendance comprising 49 Indonesian and 69 international delegates) representing seven countries: Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Bangladesh, China, Pakistan, and the Netherlands. International participants represented several esteemed partner institutions, including Urdaneta City University and Biliran Province State University (the Philippines), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (Malaysia), Daffodil International University (Bangladesh), and Hanze University of Applied Sciences (the Netherlands).
Throughout the multi-day agenda, delegates engaged in a comprehensive series of activities encompassing academic webinars, intercultural workshops, basic Indonesian language and cultural immersion modules, and collaborative group project executions. These structured activities were meticulously designed to facilitate interactive dialogue while empowering participants to share scholarly insights and diverse perspectives regarding cultural pluralism and contemporary global challenges.
The program culminated on the final day with group project presentations and video showcases reflecting the collaborative achievements of each interdisciplinary team. The closing ceremony also featured a virtual cultural exhibition celebrating the heritage of the participating nations, alongside an award ceremony recognizing outstanding delegate performances across various categories.
