Unissula Dentistry Student is National Champion at UI

The Unissula Dentistry Team recorded encouraging results at the National Dental Physiology Quiz (NDPQ) held at the University of Indonesia on 31 September 2019. They were Intan Kumala Sari who won the top 1 written test, Savira Nurazky Y top 4 written test, Intan Kumala Sari, Regilia Shinta Mayangsari, and M. Henri Indrawan won second place in Dental Quiz. Unissula Dentistry fielded two teams namely team 1: Intan Kumala Sari, Regilia Shinta Mayangsari, and M Henri Indrawan. Team 2, Intan Maryani, Amanda Zerlinda, Savira Nurazky Y.

NDPQ was participated by 18 teams from 12 Faculties of Dentistry in Indonesia. They came from Universitas Islam Sultan Agung, Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo, Universitas YARSI, Universitas Jendral Soedirman,  Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, Universitas Diponegoro, Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Indonesian Muslim, and Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani.

Henri expressed her happiness for the achievements that were recorded by Karen Abaru who first joined the competition. While Savira was motivated to give the best results in the competition and was truly grateful for having had satisfactory results. Likewise Intan Kumala Sari felt happy because she could add knowledge. “Happy, because through this competition I can learn more about physiology, which is certainly very beneficial for our profession as dentists, hopefully we can provide the best results” express Diamond.
