Malaysian Students are Enthusiastic to Study in Unissula’s Faculty of Medicine

The Unissula’s Faculty of Medicine welcomed ten students from the Faculty of Medicine of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (Usim) on the Kaligawe campus (17/6). The agenda is part of the collaboration between the two faculties that have been closely connected over the last few years. The students from Usim are Ahmad Anwar Bin Muhammad Saifullah, Amir Fahmi Bin Khazani, Farrah Farzana Binti Abdullah, Liyana Syaswani Binti Sidek, Muhammad Aqil Bin Mohammad Sabor, Muhammad Azfar Bin Zamauri, Muhammad Fariz Bin Md Zawawi, Nour Hanan Daniah Binti Mohd Bakhti , Nur Aina Syahirrah Bint Abdul Aziz, Nurul Nasuha Bint Ghazali, and Hazwan Syahmi Bin Hashim.

Students’ liaison Dr. Suhaila expressed his enthusiasm and thanked for the excellent cooperation between the two faculties which had entered its fifth year. “We hope that students can study diligently in the Unissula Faculty of Medicine, so that they can add insight and academic experience to improve skills in the field of medicine,” said Suhaila.

Meanwhile, the Dean of Unissula Faculty of Medicine, Dr. dr. Setyo Trisnadi said the Unissula Faculty of Medicine which is currently accredited A was very concerned to continue to widen and implement international cooperation with various top universities in the international level. It is very important to improve the competence of both lecturers and students to collaborate positively for the advancement of the medical world.

Unissula Rector, Ir. Prabowo Setiyawan, M.T., Ph.D., who also attended the occasion said in his remarks that the university was very supportive of the activity and asked to improve the cooperation that had been built in various fields. “In this era, it is very important for faculties to collaborate on various academic agendas to mutually strengthen and benefit each other,” said Prabowo.
