Unissula held the Super Camp 2019 which was attended by international students from various countries such as the Netherlands, Nepal, Bangladesh, China and Malaysia as well as Indonesian as the event host. This event was officially opened today by Vice Rector I Unissula, Drs. Bedjo Santoso, M.T., Ph.D. (15/8).

In his remarks, he said that the spirit of leadership and entrepreneurship are two important things the students must have in preparing themselves to become a generation that is ready to face competition in the global arena. For that reason, the themes of leadership, entrepreneurship, and community raised in the 2019 Super Camp are very appropriate and in line with today’s global challenges.

He welcomed the 2019 Super Camp and in the future it will be improved both in terms of quantity and quality to provide a better impact in order to introduce culture, education, and tourism.

On the occasion was Ji Shaoyou, President of Chaoshan College China, along with Prof. Chen Cheng, Prof. Yuan Shengmin, and Prof. Li Jin Bo also attended the event. Other important guests were Prof. Touhid Bhouyan from Daffodil International University Bangladesh, Sumarno, M.Si., from LLDIKTI Region VI of Central Java, and Representatives of Semarang City Government.

During the opening ceremony, the Semarang dance was performed by the Cultural Arts Group of Unissula students who received a remarkable appreciation from the audience.
