Faculty of Law Unissula Hosts Central Java Public Test

The rest of the forum was used by the Memorandum of Understanding between the Central Java Information Commission and Unissula. Present were the Vice Rector of Unissula Bejo Santoso PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Gunarto and PJ Secretary of Central Java Heru Setiadi.

Higher education is a credible institution. This reason makes the information disseminated to have a high level of trust. Law 14/2008 on Public Information Transparency also guarantees the right of citizens to know about plans for making, programs, decision-making processes, and the reasons for making public decisions.

In this realm, tertiary institutions as a center of knowledge and knowledge have a strategic role. Acting Regional Secretary Heru Setiadhi said that all information relating to providing services to the community needed to be disclosed to the fullest extent. It must not be covered unless it is a state secret according to the law. He hopes that through this kind of activity information disclosure will continue to be built with the aim of transparency over the delivery of services provided by the government to the community.

Dean of the Faculty of Law Unissula Gunarto said transparency would encourage all parties to be good and fair. Information conveyed transparently, especially regarding community services will also increase the authority and trust of the community towards the government. Everything that is open is desirable to also give birth to a khaira ummah generation and be fair according to religious guidance.
