One of the special value from UNISSULA is that it has vision which states bismillah establishing the best generation,  a very ideal vision in forming a generation which promotes to the kindness, carry out amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, and believing in Allah. It is a very crucial vision in the middle of  moral decadency in Indonesia. Regarding with the vision, Unissula formulated an educational strategy which is well-known as Islamic Academic Culture. It is a strategy applied to form Islamic Learning Society. Based on this reason, Islamic Academic Culture Institution (LP-Budai) is established. LP-BudAI is responsible for particular duties based on the established Strategic Plans and Development Operational Plan which can be seen as follows:

1. Providing services of information system for Islamic Academic Culture (LP-BudAI) online & real time to the faith, god-fearing and leadership coachings as well as islamic academic culture implementation, Qur’an learning, development and islamic boarding house management, etc.
2. Planning and carrying out the faith, god-fearing and islamic leadership coachings for all lecturers, staffs and
3. Facilitating and controlling the islamic academic culture implementation and Qur’an learning for all lecturers, staffs and.
4. Planning, developing and controlling the islamic boarding school for students in line with vision and mission of Unissula.
5. Carrying out Islamic Education Course I and II as well as islamic tutorial activity.
6. Facilitating the implementation of Islamic civilization course program.
7. Accomplishing the controlling activities (supervising,  scoring  and  recommendation)  internally to the implementation of the programs.
8. Making acurate, accountable and realtime reports as well as using the information system provided by Directorate of Information System.
